HAWLEY, Edith and George RICE

Searching for information on Edith HAWLEY and her husband George RICE.  Edith was possibly born in Quebec, Canada but I have no information for George RICE. 

In the early 1870's Edith and two brothers (one named Eduard) moved to Chicago.  The brothers were brick masons and worked in construction while Edith is believed to have run a boarding house.  Edith married a Georg(e) RICE or REIS in the mid 1870's and they had three children:  

1.  Edward George RICE, born about 1877, married Katherine WARD in Chatham Co., Minnesota in 1899.  About 1919 the family moved to Prince George, British Columbia.  They had ten children, most of whom moved  to California, USA.

2.  James Frances(?) RICE married Rose and it's believed they continued to live in the family home in Chicago.  They were childless.

3.  Edith Annabelle RICE married Louis Sebastian GREUZARD and they had a daughter, Edith Rose born 20 February 1915.  Edith Rose GREUZARD married Walter KNIGHT and they had one son, Donald Anthony KNIGHT.
